- How much does a website cost?
- Flat prices: Starter is $500, Growth is $900, and Pro is $1,500. Hosting itself is free. If you'd like me to look after the site, there's an optional monthly care plan ($50, $75, or $125). Add-ons are listed above, and any extra work is quoted before I start, so there are no surprise bills.
- How long does it take?
- Most Starter sites are live about 2 weeks after I get your completed intake form. Growth sites take 2–3 weeks and Pro sites 3–4 weeks.
- What do I need to provide?
- Your business details (services, hours, contact info), your logo if you have one, and any photos you'd like to use. Photos aren't required: I can use high-quality stock photos, or coordinate a photo shoot as an add-on.
- Who owns the website?
- You do. Your domain, accounts, and content are in your name from day one, and once the site is paid in full, the site is yours too. If you ever ask, I'll hand over all the files.
- What about the domain and hosting?
- Your domain and hosting accounts are in your name. I set the site up on a free Cloudflare account that you own and add me to, so you keep full control. Hosting itself costs nothing; you just pay your registrar for the domain. If you'd rather not have an account, I can host it for you instead.
- What's the care plan?
- An optional monthly plan where I look after your site: domain renewal reminders, backups, a monthly check that your contact form still works, uptime monitoring, quarterly updates, one content update each month, replies within 2 business days. It's $50, $75, or $125 a month depending on your package, billed by invoice.
- Can I cancel the care plan?
- Yes. Your site keeps running because it lives in your own accounts. I remove my access and hand over the files, free. If I was hosting it for you, I'll move it into your own account first.
- What if I want changes after launch?
- With the care plan, one content update each month is included, like new hours, prices, or photos. Without it, or for bigger changes like new pages, I quote the work up front before I start.
